In the message: Italian gaming studio, Milestone Team, has unveiled a new arcade racing game based on the popular gaming brand Hot Wheels from Mattel. The title is set to release on September 30th for PC, latest and current generation PlayStation and Xbox consoles as well as the Nintendo Switch.
It's been a long time since we got to grips with a suitable Hot Wheels video game, and it now looks like fans are getting an answer to their desires through Hot wheels unleashed Which is the result of a partnership between Mattel and Milestone Team.
The Italy-based game studio has released an action-packed trailer for its upcoming title that, while lacking any real gameplay footage, should give an idea of the mess expected. It also features some great visuals, with great lighting and realistic car models, although it remains to be seen if all of that dessert has really made it to the real game.
Refreshingly, the game will also feature offline multiplayer with a split-screen mode, as well as several single and online racing modes.
Lots of cars to be expected, with unique driving styles and traits, plus customizable trim. In real Hot Wheels style, vehicles will race and crash on tracks in realistic locations with interactive environments.
Hot Wheels Unleashed will need to bring something special to the table and be packed with content, especially given the $ 49.99 price tag for the standard game that's now being pre-ordered, along with three special editions that round out to $ 89.99 in the Ultimate Stunt Edition.
