Keep it It is for writing notes, saving web links, storing documents and finding them again. Available on the Mac, and as a separate app for iPhone and iPad, changes are provided automatically across all of your devices with iCloud. Keep It is the destination for all those things you want to put somewhere, and I'm sure you'll find it again later.
Create, edit, view, and save:

Search and Filter:

Subscriptions
Use of Keep It requires a paid subscription that you can purchase in the app.
A monthly or annual subscription option is available, and that includes a free, one-month trial.
Payment will be charged to your iTunes account after the free trial, unless you cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period.
The subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your iTunes account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off by going to your account settings after purchase.

Summary

Search
- Find items with attachments, by attendance, name, or type. When you search, you'll see suggestions for attachments in your library.

- In macOS Big Sur, the number of objects will now always appear when searching.

iCloud
- ICloud saving progress now appears as a percentage.

- Fixed an issue where iCloud would keep saving when deleting everything from iCloud on another device.
Sidebar
- Empty Deleted Items now appears in the sidebar contextual menu only if Deleted Items or one of its subfolders is selected.
List of items
- Use the up and down command arrows to scroll to the beginning and end of the list without changing the selected item (use the option and arrow keys to select the first or last item, as in previous versions).
Imports
- The "Where" popup that appears in the Share extension and Import view is now hierarchical.
- In Import preferences, it is now possible to set the default import destination to "Last used," and this will apply when using the sharing extension or viewing import.
- Recent items and lists are now shared between the app and the sharing extension. The latest versions of previous versions of Keep It will not be used.
- Improved fetching summaries from HTML files in some cases.
- Fixed the crash that would occur on startup when there was an invalid import created by the share extension.
Notes
- Links can now be shown in notes as underlined - change the setting by clicking Edit Styles in Fonts preferences and selecting Structure Style.
Rich text files
- Rich Text files will now display embedded PDFs by default to match TextEdit and thumbnails that Quick Look produces on the Mac. Choose Format> View PDFs in Place from the menu to toggle this behavior on or off for all rich text files.
Internet links
- When viewing a web link, use the Web Link menu> Save As to choose a format.
Public
- The menu item "Save As Stationery" has been moved from the "File" menu to the "Item" menu.
- It is no longer possible to create an alias for the Keep It's Files folder inside this files folder.
